Local fresh cuisine
We offer herring and other fish specialties from the west coast of Norway. All of our products are freshly caught and most of the dishes come from our own production. In our own smokehouse we smoke once a week and sell the delicious smoked specialties in Haugesund, in the "lighthouse" at the dock.
Here we prepare freshly cured salmon with dill, oranges, lemon rind, and black pepper. The salmon matures weighted with a stone for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
Fresh baguettes with herring, salmon and shrimps are offered every day.
And in our restaurant you can expect a selection of small warm and cold dishes. We also offer everything as take away and catering.
